Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items that are damaged or used.

Return Process

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged and include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Defective Items
